When you send your used cartridges to Cartouche Verte using our T envelope service, you're participating in a virtuous recycling cycle. Here are the different stages of their transformation:

1. Collection and reception

Cartridges sent in T-envelopes arrive at our local partner RSE360's specialized processing center. They are carefully sorted to determine their condition and reuse potential.

2. Sorting and inspection

Each cartridge is inspected to assess whether it can be reused (remanufactured) or whether it should be recycled.

- Reusable cartridges: They are cleaned, refilled with high-quality ink and remanufactured for a second life.
- Non-reusable cartridges: They are dismantled to separate the different materials (plastic, metal, electronic components).

3. Recycling of materials

Non-reusable cartridges follow a strict recycling process:

- The plastic is crushed and reused to make new products.
- Metals and electronic components are recovered and integrated into new production circuits.

4. Reintegration into the circular economy

Remanufactured cartridges are put back on the market, allowing a significant reduction in waste and saving natural resources.
In this way, the plastic container is reused, which considerably reduces the ecological impact.
