Returns :

1- If you do not wish to keep your order (reference error for example), you have the right to return the item within 30 days of receipt, the return costs remain at your expense. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Any incomplete, damaged, damaged product and/or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be taken back or exchanged in the event of withdrawal.

2- If the product does not work optimally or has a defect, please contact Customer Service who will advise you or, failing that, replace the defective cartridge(s).

Refunds :

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The refunded amount will be the full purchase price of the item if the order is returned in full; or partial, depending on the number of intact cartridges or toners (= unopened, unused, not inserted into the printer, tab not removed).

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for another reference, please contact our customer service. We will guide you through the exchange process and help you find the right replacement.

Return costs:

If you need to return an item due to a cancellation, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

If the products are defective, customer service may choose to either provide you with a prepaid return label (at our expense) or not physically return the products (recycling T envelope).
