

Return and Refund Policy
At Cartouche Verte, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, which is why we have implemented a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
Returns :
1- If you do not wish to keep your order (reference error for example), you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt, the return costs remain your responsibility. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged and/or whose packaging is damaged The original will have been damaged, will not be returned or exchanged in the event of withdrawal.
2- If the product does not function optimally or presents a defect, please contact Customer Service who will advise you or failing that will replace the defective cartridge(s).
Refunds :
Once we receive your returned item, our team will check it and notify you of receipt. We will also notify you if your refund request is approved or rejected. If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. The amount refunded will be the full purchase price of the item if the order is returned complete; or partial, depending on the number of intact cartridges or toners (= unopened, unused, not put in the printer, tab not removed).
Trades :
If you wish to exchange your item for another reference, please contact our customer service. We'll guide you through the exchange process and help you find the right replacement.
Return fees :
If you need to return an item due to withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the returns process.
If the products are defective, customer service may choose to either provide you with a prepaid return label (at our expense) or no physical return of the products (T recycling envelope).
