What are CartoucheVerte.fr’s delivery times and prices?
- By Colissimo, delivery times are between 48 hours and 72 hours after validation of your order (working days)
- By Chronopost, delivery is within 24 hours
Delivery is free throughout mainland France from €19.98
The costs are €3.98 including tax for any order below €19.90 including tax
What are the different delivery methods?
Cartouches vertes aims to offer the most appropriate delivery services for its customers. This is why we work with different delivery services such as: Colissimo and Chronopost .
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?
To track the delivery of your order, go to the validation email of your purchase and press the tracking number which will direct you to the delivery routing link.
You will land on the La Poste website, from where you can follow the path of your delivery step by step.
MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you encounter a problem with your delivery, simply find your order number (indicated in your purchase confirmation email) and track your delivery.
You can also contact one of our advisors by email: info@cartoucheverte.com which will give you more information about your delivery.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If there is a preparation error on our part, please contact our customer service team info@cartoucheverte.com with a photo of what you received + your order number.
In the event of withdrawal, the return is at your expense. If the period of 14 days after receipt of your order has passed, we will not issue a refund. The same applies if the items are damaged, used or empty.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you have received a package damaged by transport, we apologize for this inconvenience and invite you to contact us by email: info@cartoucheverte.com as soon as possible so that we can return the items to you in better conditions (your order number + photo of the package or products)
