HOW TO CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON CARTOUCHEVERTE.FR

The creation of the customer account is done when validating your purchase.

HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD ?

To recover your password, simply press “forgotten password” when logging in. Then insert the email address you used when creating your account and a temporary link will be sent to you to reset your password.

If you have trouble logging into your customer area, try resetting your password.

HOW TO MODIFY MY ACCOUNT DATA ON CARTOUCHEVERTE.FR (EMAIL, POSTAL ADDRESS, PASSWORD)

Go to your Customer Area > Settings and choose the data you wish to modify in the “Personal information” section; “Addresses” or “Bank cards”
